Gluten and lactose intolerances

We do not adapt our breakfast to accommodate gluten or lactose intolerances. We are not a restaurant, and the artisanal nature of our cooking means we cannot guarantee the absence of traces of gluten or lactose in our homemade dishes.

Table d’hôtes dinner: flavours of the Caribbean and Guadeloupe

Our cuisine is a blend of traditions from the Caribbean, mainland France and Europe. Indulge your appetite and curiosity: treat your taste buds to a fricassée or a colombo, awaken your senses with a féroce à la morue, and savour our homemade sorbets made with fruit from the garden, including our famous coconut sorbet.

Days, times and prices

The table d’hôtes is available only on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday evenings (never from Wednesday to Saturday). It is available on the evening of your arrival if your flight lands before 6 pm.

Set menu at €45 (including VAT) per person: rum aperitif*, main course, dessert, wine* or soft drink.

*Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health.

Please book 24 hours in advance to ensure we can source the very best local, seasonal produce. The weekly menu is displayed each week.

Food allergies and intolerances

We prepare a single meal for all guests.
We do not adapt our dishes to accommodate individual allergies or intolerances (gluten, lactose or others). We are not a restaurant and do not have the regulatory or logistical capacity to offer a different dish for each guest.

Where naturally possible — depending on the evening’s menu — we may adjust the preparation to suit everyone. However, this cannot be guaranteed in advance under any circumstances, nor can it be the subject of a request for a personalised menu.

If you have a gluten or lactose intolerance, or a food allergy, we kindly invite you to consult our guide to restaurants in Guadeloupe: there you will find a carefully selected list of local establishments that can accommodate you with the flexibility and choice that such a situation requires. We will also be happy to advise you personally upon your arrival.

We do not offer a vegan dinner.

What is a Table d’hôtes? (We are not a restaurant)

The table d’hôtes is a meal, the same for everyone, which is enjoyed together, around the same table with us. You are therefore invited to our table in our home, into our world.

This is not a restaurant . There is no menu, no à la carte options, no choice between several dishes. A single set menu is prepared for all the guests , just like at a friend's house where you are invited for dinner.

You are staying with a local . This formula is part of the very spirit of a guest house: authentic, generous, shared and respectful hospitality.

The communal dining table is reserved exclusively for guests staying at our establishment during their stay. It is not accessible to outside guests .

The weekly schedule for the communal table is posted on a board each week to help you plan.

We offer a set menu including an aperitif, main course, and dessert, drinks included.

In order to offer you a quality menu, with the best local seasonal produce, we invite you to book 24 hours in advance.
